Cardinal Building Solutions is proud to partner with the Delaware Tribe of Indians on the construction of their new Gymnasium and Cultural Center - two landmark projects designed to celebrate the past, serve the present, and inspire the future.

The Cultural Center will be a living space for the Lenape people to share their stories, preserve their artifacts, and pass their heritage on to future generations.

The Gymnasium will have an indoor elevated 3 lane track, indoor basketball court, locker rooms, kitchen, workout equipment, and many other things that will encourage the membership to live a healthy lifestyle!

We’re honored to help bring this vision to life and to stand alongside the Delaware Tribe as they invest in a legacy that will last for generations.

Site grading is complete with these beautiful projects at the Delaware Tribe’s Ranch! Completion is in sight, with punch list items scheduled! We love helping our clients get 100% occupancy on time, or even ahead of schedule, when possible!
