Today’s Supreme Court of Virginia ruling affirms what we’ve said from the beginning: this redistricting process was unconstitutional.

Virginians deserve transparency, accountability, and a process that follows the rule of law. I remain committed to defending the integrity of our Constitution and to ensuring that Virginia’s First Congressional District has a strong local voice.

Don’t be fooled. This referendum isn’t about fairness—it’s about power. Richmond politicians want to redraw the lines for their own benefit. Vote NO before 7:00 pm to protect our communities and keep them from being carved up for political gain.

Stopped by the Mechanicsville High School voting precinct today. Appreciate the Hanover Republicans leading the effort to stop this gerrymander. Let’s get it done — Vote NO by 7:00 tonight.

In 2019, Abigail Spanberger called gerrymandering “detrimental to our democracy.” As a candidate, she promised she had “no plans to redistrict Virginia.”

Now? She’s pushing a blatant gerrymander. A 10–1 map isn’t fair. It’s a power grab.
