I was fighting a bad cold and wasn’t going to brave the frigid air, but realized I have a decent vantage point from my window upstairs 😎

Sorry not sorry if they’re not very sharp. Shooting from the warmth of my office through a dirty window so I could get photographic evidence that you’re all out of your minds !! ❤️❤️❤️

During the holidays while waiting on line in the post office, I made some small talk with a few others. The gentleman behind me got to telling me about a young girl in town who he met in church. He heard her singing and was taken back by her voice, and he started mentoring her.

He gave me a copy of a couple of her songs on a CD with a snapshot of her that they had been using to promote her music, and told me she was going to be interviewed on a local radio station the following week

Her name is Jadyn McGinniss and she is a 15-year-old from Colonial Beach HS where she plays basketball and softball. I was blown away by her music and positive attitude!

I figured - of course we need to get her some pictures to help her along ❤️

I met Jadyn last week at Ho**er Studio, where she came with her lovely grandmother, who has been her biggest supporter, and we went through my wardrobe collection and found some fun pieces to play with.

I had so much fun playing with Jadyn around Colonial Beach 😊She is definitely an “old soul”; sweet, smart, talented, polite, and fun - with a beautiful, soulful R&B voice!
