We have wonderful resources for mental health support here in our area and there is no shame in reaching out to those channels when you want or need to do so.

I will assist you in reaching your breastfeeding goals while keeping your mental 🧠 health at the top of the priority list.



Calling it by it’s name, and not keeping it a secret, or something to be scared or embarrassed about, is what’s going to help more families get the necessary help which in turn will allow more people to reach their breastfeeding goals 🙌🏼
