We have officially moved to the 3rd phase of the licensing process which is an on-site review of our program which includes:

1. Presenting a Staffing schedule.
2. Submitting resumes of all staff.
3. Staff training in (CPR, First Aid, Behavior Intervention, Emergency Preparedness, Infection Control and Medication Management.
4. Completing Criminal Background checks
5. Creating Personnel Records

As you can see I will need resumes if you haven't submitted. I will also see if current SVTC training can suffice for staff training. If not, I may have to conduct training myself before we open. The Ivey House has been assigned a licensing specialist and she is none other than Angelica Howard who also used to work at SVTC.

Good news. DBHDS has responded to our license request and now almost finished with the 1st phase. Anyone who is interested in working for us needs to submit a resume. It's been a long time coming........As of today, EVB has approved us for the loans to start our group home buisness. We will be submitting the application for the license ASAP. Stay tuned. :)
