I kid you not it’s taken me just about a year and a half for my abs to finally feel strong doing these exercises after my second pregnancy! This came with a ton of ab rehab, transverse 360 breathing during my workouts and modifying core movements to avoid a diastasis. Mommas, take my advice and don’t try and “get your pre baby body back” as soon as possible postpartum! Take your time and focus on getting stronger body, mind and soul all while embracing this new improved, yet better you! 🙌
