So, some of you may recall, I came face to face with one of these bobcats who happened to have one of my sweet chickens in his mouth! After I used my mom voice to yell at him,he dropped my traumatized girl and trotted off. My Mildred wouldn’t come out of the coop for a week! I call this one “Better Together”, 20” x 24” charcoal on canvas.

“Wild and Free” My largest drawing to date, 2’ x 4’ charcoal on canvas. I used a beautiful reference photo from the talented photographer Susie Bell. She has gorgeous photos of these wild horses of the Salt River in Arizona. I loved the dynamic energy of this one and couldn’t resist trying my hand at it!
