When you lead from union with God rather than effort toward God, the work doesn’t drain you. It expresses you.

Most leaders are building from deficit — from fear, from hustle, from “I need this to work.” That energy runs out.

Building from overflow — from a life genuinely saturated in God’s presence — produces a completely different kind of leadership culture.
