Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions about menu items, including nutritional benefits and allergens
- Prepare a variety of juice, smoothies, and açaí bowls for guests
- Clean and maintain juicing equipment
- Maintain overall cleanliness of self and space
- Take orders and process payments
- Keep space guest ready and in compliance with health regulations
- Add brightness and energy to the people and spaces around you

Requirements:
- Food preparation experience
- Thrive in fast-paced work environment
- Interest and passion for nutrition and wellness
- Work on feet for entire shift
- Lift up to 35 pounds

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Guide tasks, flow and problem-solve during volume shifts
- Build and improve team culture and management
- Hire, train, schedule and develop Ola juice Bar staff
- Identify and coordinate training and continued education opportunities
- Write, read, and follow up on shift and incident reports
- Oversee clock-ins and communicate appropriately with payroll team
- Establish consistency and improve efficiency and systems where appropriate
- Order product and develop relationships with distributors
- Ensure inventory is complete and accurate and account for waste or lost product
- Participate in tastings and menu development
- Oversee quality control
- Meet with team regularly, implement performance reviews, improvement plans and terminate employees when necessary

Requirements:
- 2 years management experience
- World class hospitality & service standards
- Charismatic
- Solution-oriented
- Proven ability to manage labor cost
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Inventory tracking & ordering experience
- Excellent teacher
- Excellent communicator
