Stay active! Stay healthy! H2O Fitness is cancelled for Saturday April 29 due to inclement weather. Join H2o Fitness on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays at 5:30 pm, Wednesdays at 11:00 am and Saturdays at 9:00 am.

If you like being in the water, or just want to vary your routine, come try our Water Tai Chi class on Thursdays at 12:00 pm. Tai Chi increases oxygen and caloric consumption simply with correct form and positioning in the water. It is a perfect relaxation technique for highly stressed, over-challenged clients, and is ideal for creating improved range of motion and mobility. This class combines Tai Chi concepts with Shiatsu and Watsu techniques; it is performed standing in shoulder-deep water using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs and torso.

Spectrum SPIN for Thursday January 19 has been cancelled. Come join us on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 7:30 am for an excellent exercise for cardiovascular strength and muscle toning.

Strength & Tone has been cancelled for Thursday January 12, Tuesday Janary 17 and Thursday January 19 due to instructor absence. Come see Val when she returns on Tuesday January 24.
