Job Description

SIGN ON BONUS

Well established repossession company is seeking agents to join our team. We pride ourselves in a family type work environment where effort is valued and recognized. With our knowledgeable staff, skip personnel, and camera cars to aid in your success, it is our mission to assist our agents in maximizing their potential and performance. We take pride in our family/team atmosphere, running 1st placement accounts, with an excellent recovery rate of 90 % on most accounts. We offer the highest pay per recovery in the area.

Experience is preferred but not necessary. Candidates whom do not have towing/repossession experience should have basic knowledge and experience in trucking or heavy equipment. Will train the right candidate.

Qualifications:

*Clean MVR

*Current Drivers license

*Must be at least 25 years old

*Able to pass background check (sorry no felonies)

*Able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing

*Able to lift 75lbs

*Intermediate computer skills

*Ability to stay calm under pressure and de-escalate situations

*Be self-motivated and have a strong eagerness to work.

*Neat and clean appearance

*Good Communication Skills (Communication is a key component in our field)

*Must be a self starter with the discipline to work under limited supervision.

Training:

New hires will receive PAID training with our team of highly experienced staff. Training will consist of tow truck operations, computer software, general paperwork, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Compensation:

Compensation is commission based. Most agents can expect to earn $60,000-$100,000 a year. Paying the highest in the industry.

Benefits:

*one week paid vacation (after 1 year); 2 weeks after 2nd year.
