Out West Events

I’ve made the difficult decision that 2026 will be my final season planning with Out West Events. We have a handful of weddings and couples we’re so excited to work with this year, but we will not be taking any new clients beyond what we already have scheduled.

This business has been one of the most rewarding seasons of my life. I’m so proud of what it’s grown into, and if I’m honest, I’m also scared to walk away. That said, I truly believe that making this decision will open new doors, and I’m so glad excited to see what’s to come.

What started as an intense need for a creative outlet born out of boredom during COVID, turned into 6 years of working with the most amazing couples, really long days and weekends, miles on the road and in the mountains, packed dance floors, and moments I will carry with me forever. This work asked a lot of me, creatively and personally, and I’m proud of all of it.

To the vendors we’ve worked with, you are a huge part of why I loved this job so much. You made it fun, even when it felt chaotic. You showed up, you got it done, and you cared deeply about the final product. This industry is filled with some of the most talented, genuine, hardworking people, and I’m so grateful I got to work alongside you.

To my couples, ohhh my couples. My favorite part. Thank you for trusting me with something so personal. It has been such an honor to get to know each of you, to steward your vision, to steady nerves, to fluff dresses before walking down the aisle, and to witness the moment you step into a brand new chapter surrounded by the people you love most. I never took that responsibility lightly, and I still don’t.

To Megan, Taylor, and Kyleigh: my CREW. We built something really special together. You showed up every single time, worked so hard, and somehow managed to have a really good time doing it. I truly could not have done this without you. You are a dream team in every sense of the phrase.

Fun fact about me as a planner: one of my favorite parts of the job is the design process. I especially love playing with tablescapes—making them not just pretty, but intentional. Symmetry, clean lines, precision… it all matters. Every little detail contributes to how a space feels and photographs.

I can spot a crooked chair or a glass that needs nudging from across the room, and I’ll fix it—because those small adjustments add up to a big impact when your guests walk in and experience that jaw-dropping “wow” moment we all know and love.

Detail orientation is kinda my jam, and if you’re looking for someone to obsess over those things on your wedding day… I’m your gal. 😉
