BREAKING NEWS: $150 million in C-PACE financing has been secured to fund the completion of Regent Bank Amphitheater and Sunset Amphitheater at McKinney.
Arranged by CBRE and expected to close in the coming weeks, this financing fully funds construction through opening. Regent Bank Amphitheater opens fall 2026. Sunset Amphitheater at McKinney opens Q1 2027.

We just closed one of the strongest quarters of ownership sales in company history, raising $29.8M in Q2 and capping it off with a record $11.3M in June alone.
We've now surpassed $278M in cumulative sales across our ownership programs, and what I love about this is that every dollar goes straight into building our venues without adding new debt to the business.

Today we closed a $49.7 million sale-leaseback on the land beneath Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs. Here is what that means: we unlocked nearly $50 million in capital by leveraging the land beneath one of the premier outdoor entertainment venues in the country, and we are now applying that same strategy to $200 million in comparable transactions across our growing national portfolio.
This is a key pillar of how we build VENU. A capital-efficient financing model that combines sale-leaseback structures, public-private partnerships, and Luxe FireSuite sales to fund expansion into new markets without slowing down. We have venues opening soon in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and McKinney, Texas, with more markets on the way.
