It's time to Power Up Your POV! 🚀

In this 90-minute live (and recorded) workshop, we're going to work on deepening point of view, sharpening stage direction, avoiding repetition, and improving the cadence of your prose.

The session includes:

🎙️ an open discussion about the common sentence-level writing issues Dawn and Jessica see in fiction manuscripts and why they are problems in the first place

🎥 a short scene from a television show where we review an intentionally "imperfect" manuscript version of the scene, in which Dawn and Jessica will point out opportunities to elevate the writing

✍️ a few minutes to write the scene from one character's point of view (your choice which character you want to write!). Apply the tips you've learned to power up the point of view 💪

📝 a self-edit - or trade pages if you and a friend want to share online document links - to ensure your scene is as tight and well-written as possible
