PVC Bendit

The Series A OD is .61" vs /.48 as shown below. It fits very snugly in certain brands of 1/2" Schedule 40 PVC Pipe. Use Series A can be used for heating and bending 1/2" and larger PVC pipe.

Series B has an OD of 1.063 and fits inside 1 1/4" PVC pipe.

Either Series A or B can be used to heat up to 8" PVC Pipe. You can use spacer flexible metal pipe placed around the PVC Bendit to fill the space available. This helps the pipe heat more uniformly. You will still need to rotate the pipe 1/4 turn as it gets near 200 degrees F.

Determine the length of the bends you will make and buy the Series A or B for that length. Either Series can be placed entirely inside the pipe so for example you can make a 3' bend in the middle of a 10' piece of pipe. In the example you would buy a 3A or 3B.
