Medium Income in The Springs is 100k-200k. So do you really think these will be affordable based on these numbers? By the Middle Class that makes 40k-90k?

Jill Gaebler: Today I am excited about a recently approved cottage court development that will be built just east of our downtown in the HIllside neighborhood.

A cottage court is a group of homes, usually between eight and 18, that are surrounded by a shared courtyard. Cottage courts typically include clustered or shared parking, similar to what we would see at an apartment property. These shared amenities reduce the overall cost of housing, creating affordable homebuying opportunities for our middle-income neighbors. https://buff.ly/Ae50K1t
