Would you help partner with us in prayer for the OC Vision Trip in Southern Africa? 🙏

• Pray for the board members, alumni, and their spouses who are traveling to Southern Africa on an OC vision trip.
• Pray for Jay and Sarah G (Africa Area), who will host the Vision team that Dean is bringing to Southern Africa. Pray for all the logistics to fall into place.
• Pray also that connecting with OC Africa and Entrustequippingwomen ministries on the ground would be significant, building long-term relationships and creating awareness of possible collaborative efforts to help grow Kingdom and disciple-making initiatives in the area.
• The vision trip opens a unique window for participants to be exposed to African ministry, learn from local believers, and celebrate how God is at work. Pray that all participants may have a truly life-changing experience!
• The visit presents an unusual opportunity to deepen connection between leaders and board members from both One Challenge USA and OC Africa. Pray that it may lead to increased collaboration between continents.
• Pray for the Lord’s grace to flow through team members, bringing encouragement to those they meet and prompting spontaneous moments of prayer.
• May new friendships unleash new ministry possibilities and fuel kingdom advance.

Last month, LifeWorkx (Lifeworkx a ministry of One Challenge) traveled to Kenya 🇰🇪 where participants courageously shared their real stories with one another, many for the very first time. Through this self-discovery experience, lives were impacted with transformation, healing, and renewed identity in Christ. 🙌

Across the multi-day events, around 500 people were reached as participants embraced their stories, discovered their God-given design, and stepped more fully into their purpose. It was powerful to witness the eagerness, openness, and faith of everyone involved as God moved in incredible ways through LifeWorkx.

Please continue to pray for all those who experienced LifeWorkx in Kenya, that the transformation they encountered would continue to bear fruit as they impact others through their faith and testimonies. Pray also for future LifeWorkx experiences around the world, that God would continue to use them for His glory and to help people discover their true identity in Him. 🙏

One of our ministry workers recently shared this encouraging reflection from a Women’s Bible study in Vienna. As women gathered to discuss Ephesians 6:4 and the relationship between parents and children, one participant, Linda, shared a powerful testimony of , grace, repentance, and restoration:

"When I reflect on Ephesians 6:4, I see my journey as a mother. I raised five daughters, having my first at 18 and my last at 31. As a single mother for some years, I faced financial stress and uncertainty. Without my own mother, who passed when I was 12, I had to learn parenting on my own. Through it all, my faith remained my constant.

Now that my daughters are grown, I can see more clearly what "provoking to anger" looked like in my home. At times, I was unpredictable, harsh in discipline, and inconsistent. I sometimes led with fear instead of guidance and was emotionally distant. These were not failures of love, but gaps in skills I did not have. What I never lacked was love for my daughters.

After reflecting on this passage as we studied Ephesians, I sat down with one of my daughters who still carried pain from her childhood. I chose to listen, acknowledge my mistakes, and ask for her forgiveness. Her response was deeply moving, and it brought healing to our relationship. This experience taught me that it is never too late to apply God's Word. Motherhood does not end—it evolves. Today, I am more mindful, more loving, and willing to ask for forgiveness. If there is one lesson I have learned, it is this: God's grace meets us in both our strengths and our shortcomings. And through humility and faith, healing is always possible."
