What is your first message to someone who is noticing emotional eating in thier day to day life?
Chase "Start journaling and becoming self-aware. Stop naming foods GOOD or BAD."
Steph "You can be in control of your choices. Have a set of tools you can utilize."
Emily "Join a space where the work can happen."
Emotional eating. It's normal, and we all do it. You're not alone. Health is a foundational part of life and effects every area, so we want to be careful with emotional eating.
