One of the most valuable parts of DAI's master's residencies are the opportunities they provide for students to form relationships with and learn from one other.

Each leader brings with them valuable experience and wisdom, that, together, creates a rich and vibrant learning environment!

DAI's work in North America focuses on reaching and equipping diaspora leaders. One important sector of that population is diaspora youth!

Young people in diaspora communities are often adept at navigating cross-cultural environments and have incredible leadership potential. They simply need to be equipped, encouraged, and have godly mentors and models to look up to.
