The Locker Room

Just a reminder no locker room March 5, instead will be joining forces in attending this month the men’s advance .

Sorry for the late notice . . .

The Locker Room will meeting every Tuesday evening during the month of September, 2018, for evangelism at Acacia Park in downtown Colorado Springs. The meeting location and time will always be the northwest corner of the park at Bijou and Tejon at 7p. Come out and push the limits of your spirituality.

Last Tuesday's evangelism was a really enjoyable time for those who attended. If you have never done it before, street evangelism is like nothing you have ever experienced. You are certainly stepping beyond the comfort zone of the church facility, but you will feel stronger spiritually because of your involvement in something like this.

This coming Friday, 08/03/18, the Locker Room will be coming together for food and fellowship. John Coromina is normally our cook. If he is, then he's pulling double duty this Friday because he is feeding us the Word as well so come out and hear him speak

Of course, we will have some good eats as well: fried chicken, potato salad, and rolls.

Be there at 6:30p to eat. Praise and worship begins at 7p.

The Locker Room is introducing the Locker Room Prayer, and it will convene on THIRD Fridays every month beginning this coming Friday, 06/15/18.

The meeting location is the CFAN-NE Café which is next to the youth room. This Friday's prayer will be led by Lionel Garnier. Prayer begins at 7p; the doors open at 6:30p.

We are approaching that time again. The Locker Room will be meeting this coming Friday, 06/01/18. At the meeting Chad Wehner will be discussing "The Good, Good Father." That language certainly applies to both God and you. We'll see what Chad has to share come Friday night.

We will be starting at 7p with Praise and Worship; the doors will be open at 6p. The location is the CFAN-NE youth room.

And, yes, there will be food. I don't know specifically, but John Coromina has informed me that it is "MAN FOOD!" Judging by our most recent meals, it's fair to say John is trying to relieve your wife of the responsibility of feeding you on first Fridays. So come hungry and bring a friend, a son, and/or a father.
