Where did each one come from?
Was it:

• Google Ads?
• Social media?
• Email marketing?
• A home show?
Many remodeling companies receive detailed monthly marketing reports.
But those reports often stop at leads.
They don't show:
• Which channels actually produced signed projects
• Average project size by source
• Revenue by marketing channel
• Gross margin by channel
Without that information, it's difficult to know where your marketing budget should go.
The better your attribution, the better your decisions.
And sometimes, the biggest opportunity isn't generating more leads.
It's understanding which channels are already producing your best projects.
A scalable sales process should not live inside the owner’s head.
It needs to be repeatable, trainable, and clear enough for someone else on the team to execute.
That means documenting:
• What happens at each stage
• What questions get asked
• What materials are shared
• How follow-up works
• When a lead moves forward
And sometimes, once the system is built, someone else can execute it even better than the person who created it.

It gives the business consistency, creates accountability, and allows the owner to step out of every sales conversation.
