I know some of you know the drill from your fav drill sergeant, Core Courtney, but these tips will always be your best bet in class! 💖✨

🔥 1. Arrive 10 minutes early – Check in, settle in, and grab your lucky reformer (because we all know some just hit different).

🔥 2. Wear fitted clothing – I need to see your form to correct it, hellooo?! Baggy sweats hide everything but your potential.

🔥 3. Bring grip socks – Not the fuzzy ones, for the love of God. We’re here to flow, not ice skate.

🔥 4. Focus on your breath – Your breath is everything. Move with it, feel it, and let it guide your workout.

🔥 5. Start slow & trust the springs – You don’t need to go full Hercules mode—stick to what your instructor (aka me 💁‍♀️) sets for you.

🔥 6. Listen to your body – Challenge yourself, but don’t fight yourself. Some days are beast mode, some are gentle flow—and both are valid!
