🎉 This year (June 2nd) marks an incredible milestone for SVAH — 10 years of partnership between Dr. Megan and Doreen.

Over the past decade, SVAH has been built through long hours, hard conversations, laughter, trust, growth, and a shared commitment to both our patients and our people. While their personalities may be very different, that difference has always been one of the practice’s greatest strengths.

Dr. Megan brings the fierce determination, courage, and protective leadership that pushes us forward. Doreen brings the steady heart, calm presence, and deep care that keeps us grounded. One brings strength to weather the storms. The other nurtures the roots that allow us to grow. Together, they’ve created something lasting — not just a business, but a community.

To celebrate this anniversary, we’ve added a special new piece to the hospital: a custom metal sign created by Knotty Pine Metal Shop (owned by Doreen’s brother-in-law). The design is a tree filled with animals — symbolizing strength, connection, shelter, growth, and the many lives that have become part of the SVAH family over the years. The fact that it’s made of metal feels especially meaningful to us: resilient, enduring, and built to last.

And because no celebration is complete without some fun, we’ll also have a homemade photo booth set up for clients to enjoy with their pets! We hope you’ll stop by, take pictures, and celebrate this milestone with us. ❤️
