Not all electrolytes are created equal. Finding the right one depends on your body and your day! At Evolved, we carry two brands of electrolytes, LMNT and Synerplex.

LMNT packed with sodium (1000mg), great if you sweat a lot or need to replenish after an intense workout.

Synerplex is a gentler, daily option. Unflavored and lower in sodium, perfect for everyday use if you are not sweating.

Electrolytes are also important if you have a home water filtration system like reverse osmosis.
