I’m excited to say I’ll be fully stocked on all 8 of my Stone Simple tinctures again this Saturday at Hidden Gem Farmers Market from 11–2 PM!

Whether you’re looking for support for your heart, digestion, lungs, lymphatic system, immune health, gut balance, or your nervous system (day or night), I’ll have every tincture available.

One of the reasons I love tinctures is that they’re designed to be taken under your tongue for 30–45 seconds before swallowing. This allows many of the beneficial plant compounds to begin absorbing through the tissues in your mouth before reaching your digestive system. It’s a simple, effective way to work with herbs from the inside out.

Everything I make is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected herbs and simple ingredients.
