Happy Thanksgiving! Today we are thankful to be able to serve breakfast to our friends we know and love at MEDC. Being away from home over the Holidays is never ideal. Our hope is that a warm meal from lizards thicket helps a bit. We are grateful for for partnering with us to make this tradition possible for the past three years!

It’s Thursday which means the JDC Girls team is doing contact work with our friends in the Juvenile Detention Center! Thankful for leaders that show up weekly to play Just Dance on the Switch, get beat in one too many games of UNO, and just talk through life and pray with the girls in DJJ. Showing up consistently with the hope of Christ matters!

We had a blast yesterday at our first annual Pickleball Tournament Fundraiser! 26 teams came out to play across 3 divisions and fun was had by all! We raised $7,200 to go towards helping Young Life One continue to reach the next incarcerated teenager with the hope of the Gospel. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this day a success. We already can’t wait for next year’s tournament!
