Does anyone has experiencing dealing with Howard County Government, specifically the housing department? My experience with Howard County government is they are so inefficient and here is my recent experience:

I received 2 certified, time-sensitive letters from the Housing department about one of my Section 8 properties. First, they spelled my last name wrong and second, I have been trying to call the number provided on the letter (410)313-6487 for the last 5 business days. Never got through, always voice mail. So I left 3 voice mails and no also response what so ever. Try to call the number yourself?

Any idea on how I can get hold of anyone in Housing? What kind of operation are they running there? Very frustrating!
