COVID-19 PROTOCOL UPDATE:

Here at The Rutherford Law Firm we are committed to the health and safety of our office staff and our clients. With COVID-19 cases in South Carolina declining due to an increased vaccination rate, we have updated our COVID-19 Protocol as follows:

We asked all clients who are not vaccinated to wear a mask when in the office and to practice social distancing. Clients who are fully vaccinated (two weeks after your second shot) are not required to wear a mask, but it is still recommended as per the CDC and the SCDHEC.

Here at the office, we are continuedly spraying and wiping down surfaces with disinfectant, keep hand sanitizer readily available, and practice social distancing to keep everyone safe and healthy.

The Rutherford Law Firm has remained open throughout COVID-19. Criminal charges and civil cases can be scary and intimidating. We want to ensure that our clients and have a personal and clear understanding of what goes on in their case. To ensure clarity and safety, we keep the office locked (to limit persons inside), sanitize everyone’s hands, enforce masks, have air purifiers/filters throughout the office, and sanitize after every client! The Rutherford Law firm is still open and operating at normal business hours! We are requiring everyone to wear face masks and sanitizing between each encounter with our clients.
