THE GOAL

Atlantic Properties of the Lowcountry needed a modern web presence for The Marshes at Daniel Island, a new community of 38 townhomes. While strong photography and core property details already existed, the challenge was to transform that raw material into a compelling digital experience – one that would communicate the riverfront lifestyle, simplify exploration of available homes, and make it easy for interested buyers to raise their hand.
