We are excited to announce our newest business partner for our business, The Language Buzz. Elsa Lorena Rivera, will have the role of the Spanish Education Initiative Associate. She will join us as the lead instructor, program developer, and future community fundraising initiatives starting on September 20th.

Elsa Lorena Rivera has been a successful instructor and entrepreneur who has the skills and knowledge that is unparalleled in the world language industry. She has worked at My Amigos Bilingual Center, Lake Murray Montessori School, St. Martin de Porres Catholic School, and The Language Buzz since 2015. She has taken our program from a small in-person business to a thriving online foreign language program. In addition, she has earned her degrees in Office Management from the American Business Academy in San Jose, Costa Rica and in Child Development Associate in South Carolina. Elsa Lorena has previously worked with us on many successful projects and has made significate contributions to the Language Buzz Foundation. We are very fortunate that she has become a part of our business team to expand our online presence beyond the South Carolina area.

Hispanic Heritage Month celebrates the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, the Caribbean and Central and South America. National Hispanic Heritage Month started in 1968 as Hispanic Heritage Week under President Lyndon Johnson and is celebrated from September 15 to October 15. The day of September 15 is significant because it is celebrated as Independence Day in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. This month, The Langauge Buzz, will be celebrating with fun and informative activities organized by our team of Instructors.
