With more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate development and construction, Dale has been instrumental in strengthening LCK’s platform and positioning the firm for long-term success.

This transition also marks a meaningful moment of gratitude and recognition for Mickey Layden, who is stepping back from her role as CEO after 32 years of building LCK into one of the region’s most respected owner’s representation and project management firms. Mickey will continue her involvement as Founder and Chair Emeritus, remaining active in the community, business development and key client relationships.

We are excited to enter this next chapter with Dale at the helm, continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and strengthening our partnerships across South Carolina.
