Melissa Martinez Torrico '23 recently graduated from Leadership Columbia – a program designed to identify and develop the next generation of civic leaders in our city. 👐

What makes Mel's story remarkable isn't just the milestone. It's the dual role she carries: Stephens alum and Stephens staff member, building her career while actively advancing the mission that shaped her. Originally from Bolivia, Mel arrived at Stephens as an international student. She left with the confidence, clarity, and community to step into rooms that matter; and make an impact when she gets there. ❤️
