🎣 It's plishing season! PalmettoPride is a proud partner of South Carolina Wildlife Federation's Plishing Challenge. “Plishing” comes from the Swedish phrase plocka upp, meaning “to pick up,” and it’s all about reeling in fish and cleaning up the great outdoors while you're at it.

Every fish caught, fish released, and bag of litter collected earns points, and helps keep South Carolina beautiful. You have until August 31 to get involved! Learn more at the SCWF Plishing Challenge page or here: https://www.scwf.org/plishing/.

Duke Energy Foundation awarded $50,000 to PalmettoPride through its America250 initiative, part of a $550,000+ commitment to SC communities. This funding will fuel cleanup and beautification projects across 14 Keep South Carolina Beautiful (KSCB) affiliates spanning Duke Energy's service areas across the state:
