Feature Friday 👷

Our original scope at the ongoing Bull Street development was completed in 2021. We helped design the foundation stabilization for two old mill buildings that have since been transformed into gorgeous lofts.

This was an interesting one. What should've been pretty cut-and-dry turned into a head-scratcher: the helicals hit early refusal at just -9' on one end, then wouldn't reach capacity until past -98' on the other. When the ground throws you both extremes on the same site, you've got to sharpen your pencils and get creative.

Always rewarding to see a piece of history given new life. 🏗️
