Once again, it’s been close to a year! After my last post, we decided to start homeschooling! Being a whole new way of life for us, learning lots, figuring out what works and doesn’t .. the year flew by and before we knew.. it was summer! Summer is always full of adventures and traveling! Now we are settling back in for the new school year!

This summer, we worked on a few projects that we wanted to make for a better flow and space for homeschooling!

Lynlee loves painting, coloring, creating art daily.. so I needed a desk that could function, hold up, and clean easily. We had this metal top in the barn when we purchased the property. It was perfect! The golden cart is from Grandma Bessie’s house!

The boys also wanted their own desk space! The live edge desk was an unfinished slab from a lumber store in Amish Country ($170)! I chiseled the bark off, sanded, stained, and clear coated it to make 1 solid 10’6” desk!

The shelves are made from rough cut Amish pine, I did the same, sanded, stained, and clear coated them.

Our school room is officially ready and stocked for our 2025-2026 school year! However, this is not a “classroom” just a space to keep it all organized! Our classroom is many places! The RV, outside, the living room, the kitchen, Alpine Escape…. or wherever we decide to go next!

We are taking 1 more week to enjoy summer!!!
This year we will have a Freshman, 4th grader, and Kindergartener!

As I read my last few post a year ago.. I have lots of projects to share! I have a goal to post all of them finished! 😅

🚿🫧A little tour of our Master Bathroom! 🧼

Walk-in tile shower, thanks to Remodeling & Tile! We have been using the shower for almost 11 months and still looking great! ❤️ Not having glass to clean!

Future Project/Plan:
•ISO set of small double doors for bathroom closet.
•Mountain Stream picture to go above toilet.
•🪴Indoor plants for the shower window.. maybe they’ll get watered in the shower, and I won’t be able to kill them 🤔🤣!?
•Fur rug in front of the vanity
•Maybe this winter I’ll find time to go shopping..just maybe.. if traveling is an option.. that always comes first on our priority list! 🧳🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s time for the full Kitchen, Bakery, Dining reveal! Fully functional, not complete.. I have future project plans of coarse! 😁 My favorite, I love all the windows and natural lighting we have in our open living space!

Since it is summertime and our life consist of packing, unpacking, and repacking the camper..and managing our Alpine Escape, my blogs are still on hold.. So check out individual photo descriptions to see how I put my original blog design ideas into our home!!

Bathroom cleaning day! I got a few snaps of the boys bathroom to share before they returned to splash around! 💦 The design here is very simple with little decor! Who wants to scrub toothpaste off of anymore than necessary!? 👀

So it has been over a 18 months since I have baked more than a dozen or 2!! 👀

Baking for the Live Forever Glow Party a few weeks ago brought back the joy of baking and designing cupcakes!! ✝️💕

I have had a lot of people asking if I am taking orders again. I have not been taking orders, and I do not plan on taking custom decorating orders as in themed cakes/cupcakes. There are many reasons/obstacles as to why, but the #1 reason, it took the fun out of baking.

However, I’m not done with baking! What am I going to do!? I have a few ideas, making sure to think them through so it will keep baking enjoyable!! and available to you!🧁🍪🍰
