What’s a 7 brew blondie? It’s a popular drink made with espresso, half and half (aka a breve) and vanilla/caramel syrups. People often customize it with additional syrups, such as banana bread!

My blondie recipe is modified to what I typically have at home. I like to do a blend of half and half with milk, otherwise I’d go through half and half super quick.
✨You can stick to my version or do a full cup of half and half to keep it more original to 7 brew.

Banana bread latte, but make it homemade 🍌🍞☕️

A lot of y’all asked for my banana bread (bb) syrup recipe, so here it is 👀
PS: No barista training over here — just 5 years of trial, error, and way too much coffee 🙈

I didn’t strain the syrup (I know, I know… unpopular 😅)
but I love it thicker… more like a sauce than syrup tbh.

Cold foam recipe used by ⭐️💵
3,2,1 ratio 👀

3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons of 2% milk
1 tablespoon of syrup (your choice)

Froth for about 20 seconds (give or take) but don’t over froth.🥛🌪️

You can also shake it in a mason jar for about 30 seconds if you don’t have a handheld frother
