As many of you have likely heard, actor Bruce Willis was recently diagnosed with aphasia. We are deeply saddened by this news and hope that this diagnosis motivates people to learn more about the disorder and its many challenges.
Our lab, the OSU Aphasia Initiative, and several other related programs are here to support individuals and family members living with aphasia. As always, we encourage you to take steps to educate yourselves and continue to spread aphasia awareness.

1. Congratulations to Dr. Stacy Harnish, Victoria Diedrichs, M.A., and Dr. Christopher Bartlett for the upcoming publishing of their paper, "The Genetics of Aphasia Rehabilitation"!
