Finished step 1 last night “The paradox of hopelessness “. Recovery is not just for the addict. I have had to recover from many things; abuse, grief and anger as well. If you think about it we have all been touched by hopelessness. If you or someone you know is recovering from something we meet every Wednesday night at 6:30.

PSA: If you are going to take Mucinex it needs to name brand. I compared the off name ingredients to Mucinex and there is only half the dosage in the off name brand. Thomas bought me the name brand and after two doses I feel better and coughing less.
