ABLE Academic and Behavioral Learning Enrichment

Position: Part-Time, work to Full-Time if desired

Academic and Behavioral Learning Enrichment (A.B.L.E.) provides outreach Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with Autism. We are passionate about providing individualized educational and behavioral services to help our clients live their best lives. A.B.L.E. is a small privately owned agency. What you will do:

We are currently seeking qualified, dedicated, and compassionate professionals to provide outreach ABA educational and behavioral services to children and young adults with Autism.

Provide ABA services in home, school, and community settings

Implement skill acquisition and behavior plans created by and under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Help clients learn social, play, and academic skills to improve their quality of life

Collect and record data

Adhere to Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethical guidelines

What you'll need:

Minimum high school degree or equivalent

Reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

Must pass background check

TB test required

Ability to engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling

Prior ABA Experience and/or RBT certification preferred
