I plan theme-based events for busy professionals; my ultimate goal is to create a unique and memorable experience for you and your guests.

Over the past few weeks, I've experienced three milestone moments! First, I celebrated with my dear friends, @alexpursglove and @adamzaffuto the first birthday of their beautiful daughter! Publicly, I coordinated a party to celebrate Stella with friends and family. Privately, I celebrated our friendship and their year-long joys of parenthood. A few days later, I visited my parents. Privately, I celebrated their continued independence, the blessing of still having them here on this earth, and the values that they have instilled in me. And I began to reflect on my father's upcoming 90th birthday which, by God's grace, we will celebrate publicly. Today, my granddaughter started middle school. Publicly, we celebrated with neighborhood friends at the bus stop and posts on Facebook. Privately, I am celebrating over and over the opportunity to be a present grandma in Columbus rather than a visiting grandparent from Pittsburgh, and I celebrate the love and good times we share. Doing all the things of launching a new business can be overwhelming. I've taken a little break recently from social media, but I'm ready to roll again.

I'm prepping for an event this weekend. It's a lot of work, but it's so fun! You know the saying, right? When your work is doing something you love, it's not like work at all.

Some of the fun in event planning and design is quick problem solving, flexibility, and improvising during prep!
