We caught up with our member Kelly, who works with Coach Kara, to talk about her experience at United.

Strength training can feel intimidating, especially when you’re starting from the ground up. But with the right coaching, education, and support, you can learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and become capable of more than you thought.

We appreciate having Kelly as part of the United fam and loved hearing her perspective.

And yes, as Kelly pointed out, we do have downtown parking and really nice bathrooms. 😂
