BIRTHDAY CAKE MARTINI
Celebrate with a sweet, creamy cocktail that tastes just like dessert in a glass! Because every sip should feel like a party. Cheers to another year of good vibes and great drinks!
- 2 oz (60 ml) Whipped (or Vanilla) Vodka
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Amaretto
- 1 oz (30 ml) White Chocolate liqueur
- 2 oz (60 ml) Half and Half (or Heavy Cream)
- Honey and sprinkles for garnish
Instructions:
1. Begin with two plates, and add a teaspoon of honey to one and sprinkles to the other.
2. Rim the edge of the martini glass in the honey, and then dip it in the sprinkles. Set glass aside.
3. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, amaretto, white chocolate liqueur, and half and half (or heavy cream). Shake vigorously.
4. Strain into your prepared martini glass.

The Vieux Carre (pronounced VIEW Cuh-RAY) hails from New Orleans and embodies multiple cultures within one cocktail. If you can ever get yours hands on Benedictine liqueur, you won’t regret making one of these!
0.75 oz (22.5 ml) Rye whiskey
0.75 oz (22.5 ml) Cognac
0.75 oz (22.5 ml) Sweet Vermouth
2 teaspoons of Benedictine liqueur
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
Garnish: maraschino cherry or lemon twist
Add the rye whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth, Benedictine and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice or a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry, a lemon twist or both.
