Moving on to the green page! I haven't kept up doing a square every single day but that's beside the point. These have been fun and easy and meditative - just what I need in the studio right now.

My main art project at the moment is the 100 day project. I decided to keep it small and manageable. I found this hardback kids book at a library sale my plan is to do one small collage each day. I'm doing 5 per page. Each collage picture is taken from old children's books and I use the surrounding text to make funny, nonsensical "captions." I'm also using it as a chance to use up scraps of old artwork. The best thing about it is that I can finish it quickly and cutting out collage pieces is very meditative - both things I need right now!
