Had the opportunity to join for their final Hilltop Mindfulness Reset: A Multi-Sensory Experience
of 2023.
The relaxing vibe lead by the amazing instructor and founder Victoria Fry, was something not to be put into words but better to be experienced. During the event attendees had the opportunity to participate in various wellness activities, including yoga, Ambient music cultivated by Ben Turner .band as well as meditation, Reiki, breathwork, and sound healing.The event is open to all experience levels, whether you are a beginner or have been practicing yoga/mindfulness for years. You can come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to embrace a more mindful way of living.
