Tonight we began our series on the turtle position, building strong fundamentals in defense and escape. From there, we’ll progress into turning defense into offense—learning how to create attacks and finish from turtle.

Always an honor having Anthoney Torres on the mats when he’s in town. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and time with us.

To better accommodate work schedules and evening availability, we will be adjusting class times.

Beginning next week:
🕠 Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

This change comes after feedback from both current students and those interested in joining who were unable to consistently make the earlier start time.

We’ll continue building a schedule that supports consistent training and steady progress.
