I follow several local community group chats and have been grieved to read this week of several local businesses not providing any customer service.

Maya Angelou said it best that people remember how you made them feel. Henry Ford said that devotion to service will produce “embarrassingly large” profits.

I hope that we can all strive to be more kind and patient with each other. The result might surprise.
