Today is World Mental Health Day!

As a person who has dealt with mental health issues, I cannot stress how important it is to take care of yourself. It is not easy. Some days are a breeze and other days you struggle to live hour by hour and minute by minute.

My heart goes out to those who also struggle with mental health issues. Know that you are important, but our matter, and that you are needed here. Help is readily available if it is even needed. Never hesitate to reach out.

Well... October is off to a productive start! I can happily say that I have challenged myself to learn how to make a website and I have accomplished the goal. Check out my first website!! My second one should be done later today or tomorrow!!

I want to personally invite you to compete in our Miss and Mister AutumnFest competition. This a fun and easy virtual pageant to compete in. All that is needed are three photos of you and one must be Autumn theme. They do not need to be professional photos. Even cell phone photos are welcome 😍

Cost is $50 and the deadline is October 11, 2024. Open to all ages, all sizes, and all special needs. Let me know if you have any questions! I would love to see you enter!
