The last photos are by somebody that called themselves a "professional painter" Just because someone says they are professional doesn't always mean that!
Had a lot of sanding and cutting off drips and runs to get the look I needed.

Just finished up this dining room painting and wainscoting in Muirfield home for an updated look and straightening up the last painters terrible paint job. Just used trim on the drywall to make it look like panels. Great look for a lot less then all wood panels
