The longer we looked, the longer the defect list became. Deteriorated masonry, a failing crown, damaged flashing, and missing components at the top were just the beginning.
At some point, it stopped being a list of defects and started becoming a restoration project.

Instead of being driven into the earth, nearly two feet of the grounding electrode was left sticking above the ground.
Itâs one of those small details that can tell you a lot about the quality of the work performed.
