Anchor Security and Logistics is now in Kentucky and needs to hire Armed Officers and Armed Supervisors for new sites in Ashland, Kentucky.

INDIVIDUALS MUST HAVE A VALID CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon License) and able to provide a copy upon hire.

Job Duties will include:

Provide excellent service to clients (be courteous, attention to detail, professional appearance and demeanor)
Good communication skill required (verbal and written)
Understand and able to execute post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules, and regulations
Successfully apply security training and skills while making wise decisions in situations that can escalate quickly if not handled properly
Prefer a self-starter that can follow directions and perform their job once trained and ensure that the property is secure at all times during your shift.
Qualified candidates will:

Be Punctual! Must be on time to your post. Tardiness and repeated call-offs are not tolerated.
Have Valid Driver's License
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Have to pass a background check
Be able to pass a drug screen
Flexibility in schedule
Must have valid CCW license.
Have reliable transportation (preferably your own vehicle as most sites can't be reached by public transportation)
Own a smartphone
Be able to write reports with good spelling and punctuation
Have good people skills
Prefer 1 year previous security experience

Armed Security Officers and Supervisors Needed!

We have several new locations added by a current client and need Officers and Site Supervisors to fill several positions FAST!!

INDIVIDUALS WITH A VALID 20 HOUR OPOTA FI****MS CERTIFICATE UPON HIRE WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A $300 SIGINING BONUS. Individual must work at least 90 days and be in good standing on their 90th day.

INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT A VALID 20-HOUR OPOTA FI****MS CERTIFICATE WHO ARE WILLING TO TAKE AND PASS THE 20 HOUR OPOTA COURSE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A $300 SIGNING BONUS. Individual must pass the course, become armed, and work at least 90 days from the date of becoming armed (receiving FAB card from Homeland Security) and be in good standing on their 90th day.

Bonus will be paid on the paycheck that immediately follows their 90th day of employment after working armed. More details to be discussed during interview.

Have 20 Hour O.P.O.T.A. Certification upon being hired (Or be able to pass the class AND be approved through Homeland Security to become armed within 30 days of hire. Next OPOTA Fi****ms Class is within the month). Classes fill up quickly.
